1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 The Terms and Conditions of promotions, bonuses and special offers which may be found on the Betebet and updated from time to time.

1.2 All of the Terms and Conditions listed above shall together be referred to as "the Terms" or "Agreements".

1.3 Players are subject to knowing the rules and regulations for online betting of their residing jurisdiction. Betebet does not accept players from USA, Israel, British Virgin Islands, Philippines and Dutch Antilles.

1.4. In the Terms and Conditions, any terms covering "bet" or "betting" will refer to sports, casino, poker and other luck games played with real or virtual money over Betebet website. Any terms consisting of "customer" or "player" will refer to anyone who has an account with Betebet.

1.5. It is at the discretion Betebet to amend or change the general Terms and Conditions at any given time.
 

2. OPENING AN ACCOUNT

2.1. It is forbidden for those residing in USA, Israel, British Virgin Islands, Philippines, and Dutch Antilles to open accounts. Those who are identified to be in these jurisdictions (temporary or other, national or using those countries IP's) will be subject to their bets being revoked at the discretion of Betebet and only their initial deposit being refunded.

2.1. Betebet only accepts customers that are over 18 "adult or any legal age at which gambling or gaming activities under the law or jurisdiction that applies to them. Those that are not at the legal age will have their accounts closed.

2.3. Customers are advised to create a minimum 6 character password containing numbers and letters. Customers should refrain from choosing a password that is similar to their username

2.4. Betebet approves that when customers corresponds to security checks, account records they are providing complete and accurate information, and agree that non is misleading.

2.5. Customers may only open one Betting account. Any other accounts containing but not limited to the same personal information, bank account, IP address or else shall be considered "Duplicate Accounts". Any Duplicate Accounts may be closed by us immediately, account balances will be deemed as forfeited. In such an event the deposit will be the subject to control check form the Betebet. In case where fortification of the documents or any other account related fraudulent activities have led the company to suffer any losses, the equalling amount will be withdrawn from the deposit of the player.

2.6. Each customer is responsible for the transactions they make, i.e. deposit, bet or withdrawal. Prevention of personal details used unlawfully is the under the customers responsibility, who is the subject to sufficient funds and betting while in-line with the company acceptance criteria.

2.7. In cases where customer accounts are not used for 30 months or the whereabouts of the customer is unknown, Betebet reserves the right to revoke the account balance. No applications may be made to the authority for revoking accounts under such circumstances.

2.8. Betebet does not permit the following actions for its customers:

Register a betting account using other than their own personal information;
Act on behalf of a third party;
Deposit money derived from illegal operations;
Deposit money using a credit card that is not authorised for the customer to use. Commit fraud together with a third party and conspire to use such credit card to obtain money;
Use personal or third party accounts for money laundering or other illegal activities;
Sell-off transfer account to others.
2.9. It is advised that customers check their account balance each time they communicate with Betebet.

2.10. Customers are required to provide the correct user details when logging in or communicating with Betebet.

2.11. Employees, former employees of service providers and/or affiliated people are not permitted to open betting accounts and cannot exploit the services and promotions of Betebet. Same rules apply to family members of the above mentioned. Violation of this rule will result in the account being permanently closed and the referred accounts will be considered as fraudulent.

2.12. Betebet will not tolerate any language which is considered to be defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or offensive towards any Company staff and reserves the right to close accounts without any warning should such incident take place.

2.13. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent activities of money laundering and Betebet is bound by international audits to ensure this does not happen. Global anti money laundering procedures and parameters are in place to identify risks of money laundering and financing terrorism.

2.14. Necessary steps towards any and every account will be performed in order to examine financial habits and behaviour to evaluate customer transactions legitimacy according to the Betebet’s Terms and Conditions and for the customers risk profile.


3. YOUR PERSONAL GAMING ACCOUNT

3.1. The name on Your Account must match Your true, legal name and identity. 
Your financial transactions (account funding options) must match the name of the credit card or other payment accounts through which You fund the account or withdraw money from Your account.

3.2. Our Know Your Customer program requires all customers with deposits and withdrawals to submit proof of identity at any given time. To verify Your identity, We reserve the right to request satisfactory proof of identity (including, but not limited to copies of a valid passport/identity card and/or any satisfactory documents to proof the identity) and satisfactory proof of address (including, but not limited to a recent utility bill or bank statement) at any time and review them within the reasonable time frame.       

3.3. To maintain a high level of security and integrity in the system, We reserve the right to conduct a security review at any time to validate Your identity, age and/or the registration data provided by You (a 'Security Review'), in order to verify Your use of the Services. This may include, but is not limited to, Your compliance with these Agreements and the policies of the Betebet and Your financial transactions carried out via the Services for potential breach of any of the terms and conditions of Betebet and any applicable laws. You authorize Us and Our agents to make any relevant inquiries of You and for Us to use and disclose information to any third party whom We consider necessary in order to validate the information You provide to Us in accordance with these Agreements, i.e. ordering a credit report and/or otherwise verifying the information against third party databases. In addition, to facilitate these Security Reviews, You agree to provide such information or documentation as We, at Our unrestricted discretion, may request. Whilst we are undertaking any Checks from time to time, we may restrict You from withdrawing funds from Your Account and/or prevent access to all or certain parts of the Website. Please note that we may from time to time re-perform the Checks for regulatory, security or other business reasons.

3.4. In certain circumstances we may have to contact You and ask You to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks. Please note: Documentation supplied should be up-to-date and not more than 3 months old. In addition, to facilitate these Security Reviews, You agree to provide such information or documentation as We, at Our unrestricted discretion, may request. If You do not or cannot provide us with such information then we may suspend Your Account until such time as You have provided us with such information, and/or permanently close Your Account. Failure to supply documentation upon request may result in the suspension of Your Account.

3.5. Betebet does not permit registration of more than one (1) Account in connection with Your use of site’s service including but not limited to its web-based version. If You register for or create multiple Accounts, Betebet reserves the right to terminate any and all Account(s) held by You.

3.6. Betebet reserves the right to confiscate any funds or winnings created by fraudulent activity related to multiple accounts. Should We have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple Accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the company, We reserve the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempt.

3.7. Should customers refuse to provide documentation, not provide at all or provide documentation not meeting the criteria (forged, altered, failing security checks etc.). Betebet reserves the right in such circumstances to close player accounts immediately and revoke their account balance. In such event, the customer will lose their rights to all winnings. Customers are also advised that their deposit may not be refunded in such event.

3.8. You are not permitted to create more than one account per household or IP address. Using a public computer, an internet café or hotspot, an IP used by more than one account will be considered as a case of duplicate or multiple accounts which will end with the duplicate accounts closed as per paragraph 3.5, 3.6, 3.7.

4. DISCLOSURE OF USERNAME, PASSWORD, (SITE’s) PERSONAL ACCOUNT DETAILS

4.1. The username, password and other registered information on your personal account selected by You during registration for membership should not be disclosed to any third party. In case where a third party has gained access to your personal account with the Betebet by any means other than Betebet, You are solely responsible for the state of your funds and any personal information stored in your account.


4.2. You agree to keep Your Username, password and other personal information secret and confidential and to disallow the use of any third party.

4.3. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of their username and security details. If there is a suspected violation, customers are required to take necessary measures to cancel their previous security information and request new log-in details.
 
 
5. PAYMENTS

5.1. It is possible to deposit money to Betebet account by transferring via mobile phone number. Notification of new payment methods will be made on our homepage and sent by e-mail as they are added. For each method the Terms and Conditions for "deposit" will be updated.

5.2. Cepbank transactions are made by sending from the account to the registered mobile phone number. This is a fast and secure way of sending money and can be made through Your designated bank found on the deposit page. Full details on the process of this transaction can be found on the corresponding deposit page from Your chosen bank.

5.3. Once the deposit request is made and the form fully complete, it will take from 15 minutes up to 2 hours for the funds to reach Betebet accounts. Any delay over this period should be reported to Betebet customer support.

5.4. Players are only permitted to use their personal information and personal bank accounts. Players are responsible to ensure the information given on the deposit form is correct.

5.5. Player information provided on the deposit form must be identical to the player data held by Betebet. Withdrawals from an Account can only be addressed to the person registered on the Account.

5.6. Players can make a withdrawal request from any of the banks listed on the Betebet withdrawal page. The number of banks will increase over time and further withdrawal methods will be added. 5.7. The minimum bank withdrawal is 100TL. Players can give unlimited withdrawal requests each day for the funds available in their accounts.

5.8. Providing there are no discrepancies in Your withdrawal request, the withdrawal request will be processed within 24 hours. The time-frame is not guaranteed and delays may occur from time-to-time (account and information verification, public holidays, bank working hours etc.).

5.9. Your account will be debited the moment You make the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests can be made each day.

5.10. If a problem occurs with Your withdrawal request, the process will be cancelled and the funds re-instated to Your account.

6. ELECTRONIC SERVICES PROVIDER

6.1. In order to use the Services of the Betebet, You will be required to send money to and may be required to receive money from Us. We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ('ESPs') to process such financial transactions. You irrevocably authorize Us, as necessary, to instruct such ESPs to handle Account deposits and withdrawals from Your Account and You irrevocably agree that We may give such instructions on Your behalf in accordance with Your requests as submitted using the relevant feature on Our Platforms.

6.2. You agree to be bound by the regulations imposed by each applicable ESP. In the event of conflict between these Agreements and the ESP's regulations, these Agreements shall prevail.
 

7. WINNINGS

7.1. The bet office finalizes the calculations on the initial results. Subsequent disqualifications and cancellations will not affect the calculations.

7.2. The earnings will be multiplied by the identified rates.

7.3. The winnings will be transferred to player accounts once the bets are completed

7.4. Customers are liable to inform the company of any and all additional credits to their account as a result of incorrect transactions. Otherwise, any and all earnings associated to this transaction will be revoked and funds reversed to the company account.

7.5. Where the user's account falls below zero balance after a previously closed bet is recalculated, the player must deposit to bring its account balance to zero or above. Until this is done the company will block the account. Failure to comply, the company reserves the right to conduct suspicious account procedures on the account.

7.6. The account the customer will use for withdrawal needs to be under the customer’s name.  Otherwise withdrawal requests will not be taken into consideration.

7.7. The player acknowledges and accepts not to make cancellation or refund requests to the payment method used for making a deposit. In an event where a deposit process is refunded or reimbursed to the user, the company will take action to receive full payment including costs from any accounts that were used for improper deposits. To prevent suspicious activity, the player account may not be used for the defined bank account. Any improper transactions identified where the account is used for any transactions other than betting activities to transfer funds to the player account will result in the company requesting additional fees from the customer for costs incurred (regardless whether the account is suspended).
 

8. LIVE BETTING

8.1. Any statistics displayed during a live event (i.e. Score, time etc.) is only intended for general information. There is no guarantee to the validation and should not be considered when placing bets.

8.2. The wagered bets will be held in "pending" mode and then will either be accepted or cancelled.

8.3. Bets in the "pending" mode will be cancelled if during the time a significant change has taken place in the market.

8.4. The company reserves the right to suspend bets to any market without prior notification.

8.5. Where the company has reasonable doubt to bets being wagered after the results are posted or wagered during a technical malfunction that provides the user with an unfair advantage by placing wrong odds, the company, in these circumstances reserves the right to countermand the bets.
 

9. PRIVACY

9.1. We are required by law to comply with data protection requirements in the way in which we use any personal information collected from You in Your use of the Betebet Website. We therefore take very seriously our obligations in relation to the way in which we use Your personal information.

9.2. By providing us with the information, You consent to our processing Your personal Information for the purposes set out in the Term, for operating the Betebet Website or to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

10. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND DEPOSIT CONFIRMATIONS

10. 1. We have a zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to; game manipulation or payment fraud, or manipulation of the multi-currency facilities, fraudulent payment, including but not limited to the use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (i.e. chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (i.e. money laundering) or the failure on the part of Your bank or ESP to honour Your transactions.

10. 2. If, in Our sole determination, You are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Us and/or the Group or any other user of any of the Services in any way, We reserve the right to suspend and/or close Your Account and recover bad debts using any method which is lawfully available to Us including, but not limited to:

debiting the amount owed by You from Your Account;
instructing third party collections agencies to collect the debt. This may have a detrimental impact on Your credit rating and will require Us to share Your personal information (including Your identity) with the appropriate agencies.
 
 
11. FORFEITURE & ACCOUNT CLOSURE

11.1. We reserve the right, at our unrestricted discretion and in relation to Your account, any related ESP (as that term is defined at clause 6.1) account, any accounts You may have with other sites and/or casinos and/or services owned or operated by or on our behalf or the group and, in the case of Your use of the gaming services, any services that share the shared game/table platform, to terminate these agreements, withhold Your account balance, suspend Your account, and recover from such account the amount of any affected pay-outs, bonuses and winnings if:

You are in breach of any of these Agreements;
We become aware that You have used or attempted to use the Services for the purposes of fraud, collusion (including in relation to charge-backs) or unlawful or improper activity (including, without limitation, any manipulation of the multi-currency facilities);
We become aware that You have played at any other online gaming site or services and are suspected of fraud, collusion (including in relation to charge-backs) or unlawful or improper activity;
You have 'charged back' or denied any of the purchases or deposits that You made to Your Account;
You become bankrupt or equivalent proceedings occur anywhere in the world;
It is proven by the relevant courts with a verdict entered into legal force that You have violated international or local money laundering provisions.
 
 
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT, MODIFICATION AND AMENDMENTS

12.1. You fully understand and agree to be bound by these Agreements and as modified and/or amended by Us. We may amend these Agreements at any time without prior notification of the new terms, however, all the new Terms and Conditions will be published or/and modified on the relevant page of the Betebet or any location through which You access the Services. Any such modification will take effect within fifteen (15) days of publication. If any modification is unacceptable to You, You may terminate your Agreements with the Betebet by closing Your account. Your continued use of the Services following the change of terms and conditions or Agreements between You and the Betebet and/or once the modification has been implemented will be deemed acceptance of the modification.

12.2. It is Your sole responsibility to review these Agreements and any amendments each time You access the Services. Any modified Agreements (and the documents referred to therein) represent the complete and final Agreement between You and Us and supersede any and all prior Agreements between You and Us.
 

13. MISCELLANEOUS

13.1. Please note that these Terms and Conditions of Service shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Service and any of the game rules or other documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Service.

13.2. IF THESE AGREEMENTS ARE TRANSLATED INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE, THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION WILL PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TRANSLATION AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION.

13.3. PLEASE PRINT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND STORE THEM FOR YOUR FUTURE REFERENCE. IN ADDITION, WE SUGGEST THAT YOU PRINT AND STORE ALL TRANSACTION RECEIPTS AND GAME RULES AS APPLICABLE TO YOUR ACTIVITIES.
